CEO
Sheeba is one of the co-founders of Software Associates. Sheeba is largely responsible for framing strategy for the company, devising growth plans and expansion strategies. Her chief responsibilities include client relationship management and operations management
Highly enthusiastic, she personally takes care of our SA internal well being and employee grooming. Sheeba was a part of executive management programme at IIM Kozhikode 2004-05.
Partner and Managing Director
Entrepreneur with more than 2 decades of IT experience, Duleep is co founder of Software Associates. Duleep's responsibilities include devising strategies for growth and expansion of the company, overseeing marketing and sales for the entire organization. Duleep has a zeal for IT products and has successfully launched more than half a dozen products in the Indian domestic market.
Duleep has done his eEPM, Advanced Marketing Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIMK) and PGDSM in systems from NIIT Chennai. He is an active member of the Nasscom Emerge community, presented papers and conducted workshops at various forms such as NITC, School of Management Studies, Malabar Chamber of Commerce and Calicut Management association. He is the founder president of Calicut Forum for IT and a founder member of Calicut IT Initiative.

Head of Technology
An IIT Madras alumni with passion for technology, Jaikish joined Software Associates as Head of Technology in July 2009 and since then he is at the center of all our research and development efforts. Jaikish brings in more than a decade of IT experience and has worked with a number of clients as principal consultant with Mind Tree, one of the leading IT firms in India.
Jaikish also worked as consultant for Intergraph for two years.
Head of Marketing
One of the new faces in our management team, Manas is a PGDM Marketing from IIM Kozhikode. He joined Software Associates in April 2009 and is responsible for all marketing related activities be it brand management or internet marketing.
Manas is also a B.Tech from NIT Allahabad and has worked in Tata Consultancy Services for a period of 2 years
